Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains the limited circumstances under which we may refund payments made to Individual Entrepreneur Prusov Dmitry Aleksandrovich (Russian: ИП Прусов Дмитрий Александрович, INN 504212647947, OGRNIP 318500700004187) — referred to below as "we", "us" — for use of the voxite service (the "Service").
TL;DR
- Used balance is NOT refundable. Once you have spent your balance on an AI generation, edit, redesign, or any other AI-powered operation, those funds have been consumed (we have paid the underlying AI provider in real time) and cannot be refunded.
- Unused balance does NOT expire. Funds remain in your account and can be used against future features as we ship them — see Section 1.
- Unused balance may be refunded only in a strict 14-day window and only if zero AI operations have been performed since the top-up.
- All AI operations are final sale. By starting a generation, you authorise the irreversible spend.
- Crypto top-ups (NowPayments) are irreversible by nature of the blockchain. Refund for the unused portion is processed in stablecoin (USDT/USDC) to a wallet address you provide.
If this policy is unacceptable to you, do not top up your balance.
1. About the Service stage — early access
voxite is in an early-access phase (see Terms of Service §2). Today the Service can produce visually polished single-page websites from a brief. Many planned modules — SEO controls, admin panel, form builder, multi-page architecture, AI-assisted block editing, custom domains (early support), e-commerce, analytics — are not yet available, or only partially available.
You are paying to use the Service in its current state. AI-generated sites today are beautiful but not always fully functional or perfect. Iterations and imperfections are expected and are part of the early-access experience.
In exchange for accepting that, you get something durable: your top-up balance does not expire. As we ship new modules over the coming months, your existing balance can be used against them at the prevailing pricing. Topping up today is, in effect, pre-paying for use of a Service that will be more capable tomorrow than it is today.
This is the intended value exchange. If you are looking for a fully mature, feature-complete website builder right now, voxite is not for you yet — please come back later or do not top up.
2. Why most charges are non-refundable
Every paid AI operation on the Service triggers a real, immediate charge from our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) measured in API tokens. These costs are billed to us in real time and cannot be reversed by us. We pay regardless of whether the resulting website meets your expectations.
You acknowledged this in Section 2 (Early Access), Section 3 (AI Disclaimer), and Section 5 (Pricing) of our Terms of Service. AI output is non-deterministic and may not match your vision. You are paying for the generation process and infrastructure, not for a guaranteed creative outcome.
For this reason: disliking the result is not a refundable event. The remedies for an unsatisfactory result are: regenerate with a refined brief (a new paid operation), edit blocks individually, change effects, save remaining balance for upcoming modules (admin panel / SEO / forms / multi-page — see Terms §2), or stop using the Service.
3. Eligible refund scenarios (limited)
We may issue a refund of unused balance only under all of the following conditions:
3.1 — Unused top-up
- The refund request is filed within 14 calendar days of the top-up in question.
- No AI operations have been performed on your account since that top-up. Even one AI generation, edit, redesign, regeneration, effect application, or block-edit operation makes the entire top-up non-refundable.
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
- You have not previously filed a chargeback or initiated a payment dispute.
We will refund the unused portion of the top-up via the original payment method, less:

3.2 — Service failure clearly attributable to us
If a paid operation fails entirely due to a confirmed bug on our side (not on the AI provider's side, not due to user input errors, not due to ambiguous brief), and the failure produced no usable output, we may at our sole discretion credit the cost of that operation back to your balance.
This is a credit to balance, not a payment-method refund. It is granted as a goodwill gesture and is not a contractual obligation.
3.3 — Duplicate or fraudulent charge
If you can demonstrate that a charge was duplicated (e.g., due to a payment-processor error) or made on your card/account by an unauthorised party, contact us immediately and we will investigate and cooperate with the processor.
4. Non-refundable scenarios (this is the default)
The following are NOT eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- ❌ You do not like the design, layout, copy, imagery, or any other aesthetic aspect of a generated site.
- ❌ The AI produced output that differs from what you imagined.
- ❌ The generated site contains errors, typos, or factual mistakes.
- ❌ A regeneration produced a worse result than the previous one.
- ❌ The brief was misinterpreted by the AI.
- ❌ You changed your mind after the operation completed.
- ❌ You stopped using the Service and have remaining balance after performing one or more AI operations.
- ❌ Service downtime, slowness, or temporary unavailability.
- ❌ AI provider (Anthropic) outage, rate limiting, or model deprecation.
- ❌ Third-party outage (Cloudflare, VDSina, Telegram, YooMoney, NowPayments, Stripe, etc.).
- ❌ Changes in pricing structure or markup multiplier announced with 30 days' notice.
- ❌ The site you generated did not bring you customers, traffic, conversions, or business success.
- ❌ Account terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
- ❌ Cryptocurrency exchange-rate fluctuations between top-up time and refund time (NowPayments).
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to support@voxite.app with:
- Subject:
Refund request — [Telegram username] - Your Telegram user ID (numeric, visible in
/startreply from the bot or via@userinfobot) - Date and amount of the top-up in question
- Payment receipt number (from the email YooMoney/NowPayments/Stripe sent you)
- For NowPayments: wallet address (USDT-TRC20 or USDC-Arbitrum preferred) for the refund payout
- Brief reason for the request
We will respond within 5 business days. If approved, processing typically takes:
- YooMoney: 3–7 business days
- Stripe: 5–10 business days (depends on issuer)
- NowPayments / crypto: 1–3 business days (depends on network confirmation)
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback on a valid charge is a violation of these Terms.
By using the Service, you agree:
- To contact our support team before filing any chargeback;
- That AI operations performed and balance consumed constitute delivered service;
- That chargebacks filed on valid charges will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and removal of all hosted sites;
- That we will dispute such chargebacks with the relevant payment processor, providing documentary evidence including: Telegram conversation logs, AI operation records, deployment confirmations, and your acceptance of these Terms.
If a chargeback is overturned in our favour, you remain liable for all our reasonable costs of disputing it, including processor dispute fees and any administrative time.
Crypto top-ups have no chargeback mechanism — blockchain transactions are final.
7. EU consumer rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU applies to you, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However:
- Digital services performed at your request are exempted from the right of withdrawal once you have given explicit consent for performance and have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m)).
- By performing any AI operation on your balance, you expressly request performance and acknowledge that you lose the EU right of withdrawal for that operation.
- The right of withdrawal applies only to unused balance, and only under the conditions in Section 3.1 above.
8. UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, similar logic applies: digital content/services delivered at your express request and acknowledgement are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once delivery begins.
9. Russian consumer rights
If you are a consumer based in the Russian Federation, the law «О защите прав потребителей» applies. Under Article 32, you may refuse a service before its completion, but you are liable for actual expenses we have incurred (in our case: the AI generation tokens already paid to Anthropic — see Section 2). The conditions of Section 3.1 (14 days, zero AI operations) apply to refund eligibility.
10. Currency & taxes
- YooMoney refunds are issued in RUB to the original payment source.
- Stripe refunds (when active) are issued in USD via Stripe to the original payment method.
- NowPayments refunds are issued in stablecoin (USDT or USDC) to a wallet address you provide.
- We do not refund currency-conversion losses imposed by your bank, card issuer, or crypto exchange.
- We do not refund losses from cryptocurrency exchange-rate fluctuations between top-up and refund.
- Any sales tax / VAT collected on your top-up is refunded proportionally with the eligible refund amount.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on voxite.app and announced via Telegram bot with at least 14 days' notice. Refund requests made after the effective date are subject to the updated policy.
